Tired
of being interrupted by teacher phone
calls late at night and early in the
morning?

Are you having to make call after call
to arrange a substitute for a single
teacher absence?

CALLplus+ is the Solution —
Here‘s
how it works:

A teacher realizes that he or she
is unable to conduct class the next
day (or days). A call is placed by the
teacher to CALLplus+ which is
running on a personal computer in your
school. The teacher enters a security
code when asked and follows a very
simple procedure of keying in absence
information via a touch tone
telephone. The teacher can even leave
a personalized detailed voice message for the
substitute. CALLplus+, at
specified times of the day you have
indicated, CALLplus+ will begin calling
substitutes for this teacher.
The
procedure is similar for arranging for
a substitute in that a security code
is entered by the substitute after
CALLplus+ places the call and
the substitute is asked if he or she
can substitute for this teacher on the
specified day(s) or part of day(s).
The substitute indicates whether they are available or not via the keypad of a touch-tone phone. CALLplus+
will continue to call substitutes
until one is confirmed. IT’S OVER.
The substitute has been scheduled and
data recorded on the CALLplus+
system.
The
next morning a report is automatically
printed as to the teachers who will be
absent, the reason they are absent, and the substitutes that will
be assigned to conduct their classes.
A more detailed report is also
available that will show all calling
activity and results.
